Business Development Manager (Energy & Industrial Services)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Open to Malaysian nationals only.

What you will do

• Identify new business opportunities and build a portfolio of clients across the APAC region.
• Develop strategic relationships with major clients in the energy, oil and gas, power, infrastructure, mining, and industrial sectors.
• Manage the full business cycle from prospecting and commercial negotiations through contract signature and account development.
• Build long-term partnerships and represent hirify.global across the region.
• Work closely with recruitment and operational teams to deliver engineering, staffing, EOR, technical assistance, and project support solutions.
• Contribute to the expansion of hirify.global's activities and market presence in Malaysia and APAC.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, staffing, consulting, or engineering services.
• Demonstrated ability to create new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close commercial deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Malaysian nationality required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Malaysia or the APAC region.
• Industry experience in energy, oil and gas, power, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
