Graduate Equipment Maintenance Engineer– Test (Semiconductor)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite with no remote work available

What you will do

• Set up, maintain, debug, and optimize automated semiconductor test systems.
• Inspect, clean, repair, and safely store load boards using anti-static protocols.
• Clean sockets, replace contact pins, and track equipment usage data.
• Swap change kits, inspect parts for wear, organize components, and update inventory logs.
• Minimize downtime, maximize yield, manage inventory, and support new product testing activities.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of semiconductor backend final test processes is an advantage.
• Experience with ATE testers and test handlers is an added advantage.
• Regular full-time onsite employment in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; remote work is not available.
