Senior Maintenance Technician

Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia; onsite at the manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance activities supporting production operations.
• Convert and troubleshoot equipment for automotive and non-automotive production lines.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance, and sustaining activities.
• Establish and lead teams working on continuous improvement projects aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or another engineering-related discipline.
• At least 3 years of industrial experience in direct or indirect equipment maintenance.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to understand technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Broad technical knowledge and strong leadership skills.
