Senior Analyst, GBS - Supply Planning

Location: Mexico City, Antara Tower A, 5th Floor, local office

What you will do

• Lead short-, medium-, and long-term supply planning across the network, translating demand forecasts into executable production and distribution plans.
• Optimize inventory, capacity utilization, customer service levels, fill rates, working capital, waste, and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Procurement, Deployment, and Logistics to resolve supply constraints and maintain product availability.
• Identify supply risks and lead mitigation, recovery planning, and trade-off decisions during disruptions.
• Provide supply inputs, scenario analysis, and recommendations for S&OE, IBP, Supply Review, and executive discussions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives involving Lean, Six Sigma, automation, KPI improvement, and planning technology adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• More than four years of full-time experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or related Supply Chain fields.
• Experience with ERP or APS systems such as SAP, OMP, or Kinaxis.
• Experience with S&OP or IBP processes.
• Availability to work from the local office in Mexico City.
