Java Developer (AEM)

Location: Southampton, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace. Relocation is not available. Travel required: less than 10%.

What you will do

• Develop new features and functionality for the Java web platform, including Adobe Experience Manager CMS and Commerce.
• Support web platform operations through monitoring, fault finding, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Design and develop integrated solutions using APIs, web services, and headless platform integrations.
• Manage the development-to-production release process, release notes, and communication with business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile sprint delivery, requirements advising, technical solution design, and collaboration with technical leads.
• Support QA and testing, CMS/Commerce user handovers, AEM services, and web platform architecture and DevOps activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Java development experience on a web platform.
• At least 2 years of experience in a support or operations environment, including monitoring and issue resolution.
• Experience developing integrated solutions with APIs and web services.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, deployment procedures, and web CMS/Commerce platforms.
• Experience across the full SDLC using Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to work remotely within a hybrid setup and attend morning scrums.
