What you will do
- Complete three months of immersive technical training followed by structured rotations across multiple product teams.
- Contribute to live COBOL and Enterprise Suite projects alongside experienced engineers.
- Investigate and deliver bug fixes in collaboration with support teams and customers.
- Design and develop new features for enterprise products.
- Discuss technical requirements, write design documents, and document development work.
- Write and manage automated tests to improve software reliability.
Requirements
- 2:1 degree or higher in an engineering or science-based discipline.
- Strong evidence of academic, personal, or commercial coding experience.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Experience with COBOL, C, C++, C#, or Java.
- Personal coding projects or open-source contributions.
- Knowledge of Windows, Unix, or Linux environments.
- Awareness of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
