Radiation Therapist II - Float

Location: Spokane Valley, Washington; on-site presence required during regularly scheduled business hours. The role may require minimal travel between office sites and coverage across various locations, including hospital settings.

Salary range: $44.22–$66.33.

What you will do

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments according to established protocols and treatment plans.
• Position patients accurately and deliver radiation doses corresponding to designated tumor volumes.
• Support patient care, treatment delivery, treatment records, radiation safety, and quality assurance activities.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment and software.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetry, physics, and other healthcare professionals while providing coverage across locations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
• At least three years of active experience practicing as a radiation therapist.
• ARRT certification and a valid state radiation therapy license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in radiation therapy equipment and software.
• Ability to work on site, stand and walk for extended periods, handle and lift patients, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
