Associate Product Manager (Consumer Facing Product) (AI)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; office-based full-time role

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and analysis through prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Maintain the product roadmap and communicate priorities in alignment with business goals.
• Conduct user research and synthesize findings to identify, validate, and prioritize user problems and opportunities.
• Write product requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
• Define, track, and report product metrics; design and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
• Develop seller tools and core features across Chợ Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe, Việc Làm Tốt, and Nhà Tốt in collaboration with Business, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of product management experience.
• Strong critical thinking, business analysis, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguous feedback and support complaints into clear, data-backed problem and opportunity statements.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and technology to optimize workflows, drive automation, and improve product features.
• Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills, written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer products, marketplace products, or business tooling.
