Product Manager (AI Investing)

Location: Remote, candidates must be based in Vietnam

hirify.global operates a mobile-first insurance and financial services platform serving customers across Southeast Asia, with products covering insurance, payments, savings, investing, exchanging, and travel.

What you will do

• Own product areas across AI investing, insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver products.
• Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research, and production issues to improve product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance, drive iterations, and balance speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or in a similar role.
• Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
• Strong writing, prioritization, stakeholder management, ownership, and ability to work with limited guidance.
• Strong English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth products.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and ship quickly while learning after launch.
