Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Thailand, Vietnam, Georgia, or Serbia. There are no strict long-term location requirements; the first 2–3 months require being in Manila for onboarding, product immersion, and close collaboration. Core collaboration hours are 12:00–19:00 Manila time (UTC+8).

What you will do

• Build a segmentation and product-adaptation stream inside POS Lending and BNPL across partners, product categories, and customer segments.
• Own the repeat-customer segment by identifying meaningful segments and turning retention opportunities into shipped product mechanics.
• Define adaptations to pricing, promotions, sales processes, partner setups, and customer journeys.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across the core product, web, customer app, and agent app.
• Develop hypotheses and business cases with Product Marketing and Analytics, run tests and pilots, evaluate results, and scale successful mechanics.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, shared development resources, and cross-team dependencies while reprioritizing as business needs change.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience with end-to-end ownership from research and problem framing through delivery and iteration.
• Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives across teams, systems, or customer touchpoints.
• Strong commercial thinking and understanding of how product mechanics affect growth and profitability.
• Comfort using data, including basic SQL or AI-assisted analytical tools, to validate assumptions and build business cases.
• Independent execution, structured communication, and stakeholder management in an evolving environment.
• Professional English communication skills and availability for core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 19:00 Manila time (UTC+8).
