Product Manager

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam; hybrid work model with office attendance.

Game development company creating and operating products with a focus on player engagement, revenue performance, and live game optimization.

What you will do

• Support the design and optimization of revenue strategies while balancing player engagement and monetization.
• Analyze features, game modes, player behavior, KPIs, revenue, and profitability performance with the data analysis team.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and prepare monthly reports and product reviews.
• Run A/B tests on events, offers, and shop configurations across player segments.
• Review game design documents, support forecasting and post-launch tracking, and recommend product improvements.
• Support product vision, strategy, update scope, and quarterly objectives with the General Manager.

Requirements

• Associate-level experience in product management.
• Experience with player behavior and performance data analysis.
• Ability to work with data analysts to define problems, generate recommendations, and track KPIs.
• Understanding of A/B testing, engagement, monetization, and product strategy.
• Ability to coordinate with production, design, development, marketing, liveops, economy design, and data teams.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from the Hanoi office.
