Capex Project Engineer

Location: Onsite in Susurluk, Balıkesir, Turkey

What you will do

• Prepare, approve, and manage project schedules, scopes, resources, feasibility analyses, and capital approval documentation.
• Participate in tendering and contractor selection, including supplier quotation analysis and specification compliance checks.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants, and factory functions throughout project delivery.
• Supervise implementation and commissioning while ensuring safe working conditions and contract fulfilment.
• Lead project handover to end users and manage change control through completion.
• Control budgets, capital spending, cost forecasts, and project benefits such as cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Food, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least one year of project management experience.
• Residing around Balıkesir and working onsite at the Susurluk facility.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with project budgeting and cost control.
• Good English communication skills, strong planning and organization abilities, numerical aptitude, and a collaborative approach.
