What you will do

• Lead Office of the CFO advisory engagements across industries and business environments.
• Advise CFOs, finance leaders, private equity firms, and portfolio company executives.
• Lead finance transformation, process improvement, reporting modernization, technical accounting, and systems enablement projects.
• Guide clients through acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, integrations, due diligence readiness, and post-close execution.
• Develop business opportunities, expand client relationships, and grow the advisory practice.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional engagement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in audit, accounting advisory, consulting, transaction advisory, or Office of the CFO services.
• Deep knowledge of finance organizations, controllership, financial reporting, finance transformation, and accounting operations.
• Demonstrated success developing executive relationships, originating advisory opportunities, and growing professional services.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, communication, and project management skills.
• CPA preferred; CFA, MBA, advanced degrees, and experience with SEC reporting, IPO readiness, or public companies are advantageous.
