Analyst, SW Full Stack Eng (Java/Python)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; onsite full-time role

What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end application components across the UI, business logic, data, and integration layers.
• Create, query, and manipulate databases and APIs while developing frontend and backend functionality.
• Ensure code quality through architecture reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.
• Promote Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud engineering practices to improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, business, and technology stakeholders to define solutions and priorities.
• Monitor system health, resolve stability and scalability issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree with a mathematical background.
• Experience with full-stack Java/JEE development and Python.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and web application development.
• Experience with SQL Server, Azure, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD or DevOps practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
