Full Stack Developer III - Private Markets Applications (React)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and deliver polished, accessible client-facing web experiences for institutional and private markets clients.
• Build scalable front-end applications using component architecture, state management, type-safe API contracts, performance optimization, and robust error handling.
• Work with UX/UI designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to turn research and client feedback into production-ready features.
• Maintain front-end design systems and component libraries while ensuring WCAG AA compliance across supported browsers and devices.
• Develop ETL pipelines and data flows, and contribute to cloud-native architecture using containerization, serverless computing, and DevOps practices.
• Instrument production applications with OpenTelemetry, contribute to mobile development and automation, review code, mentor developers, and collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and data engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of hands-on enterprise application development experience, particularly in front-end engineering and client-facing web applications.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills, including single-page application architecture, component libraries, CSS, theming, Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or CosmosDB; ETL pipelines; Docker; and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building secure cloud-native applications with identity-aware authentication, secrets management, least-privilege access, and secure handling of sensitive client or investor data.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET, Kubernetes or OpenShift, Azure, Container Apps, and Entra ID.
• Mobile application development experience and familiarity with OpenTelemetry and monitoring.
• Financial services experience, especially private markets, fund data, or investor-facing platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, devcontainers, cloud workspaces, or formal Agile/Scrum environments.
