Senior Sourcing Lead - Hardware, Hinges and Misc Metals

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $89,300–$165,800 annually, with potential eligibility for additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead sourcing strategy for hardware, hinges, and miscellaneous metals categories.
• Analyze commodity, industry, and supplier markets to identify cost opportunities and market impacts.
• Develop and implement long-term commodity strategies focused on total cost of ownership.
• Negotiate supply agreements covering quality, delivery, pricing, terms, tooling costs, and service.
• Partner with Supplier Development to manage supplier risk, select and develop suppliers, and define supplier lifecycle strategies.
• Resolve product and supplier issues and implement supply chain initiatives that improve competitiveness and responsiveness to customer demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, or operations.
• Deep knowledge of external commodity markets and potential market impacts.
• Strong analytical, fact-based problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 10%.
