TL;DR
Financial Project Manager (Finance Transformation/ERP): Lead complex Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and financial ERP modernization programs with an accent on governance, enterprise implementation, executive stakeholder alignment, and regulatory compliance. Focus on building integrated delivery plans, managing risks and dependencies, optimizing finance processes, and stabilizing projects across banking and financial services organizations.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementation and modernization of financial ERP platforms and enterprise finance applications.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations.
- Develop governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, integrated project plans, and executive reporting.
- Partner with executive stakeholders and steering committees to align transformation programs with strategic priorities.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency across Treasury and Finance organizations.
- Support delivery execution and stabilization of projects already in progress.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading enterprise transformation initiatives in banking or financial services.
- Proven experience with Treasury, Cash Management, Liquidity, Financial Operations, or Accounting programs.
- Experience leading ERP implementation or modernization projects involving SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft Financials, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and executive stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
- Expertise in project governance, program planning, resource management, RAID management, and executive reporting.
- Advanced English proficiency is required, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Exposure to ERP migrations, finance operating model transformation, cloud financial platforms, or digital finance initiatives.
- Knowledge of General Ledger platforms and financial data integration.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments applicable to banking and financial institutions.
- Experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
