TL;DR
Senior Project Manager - PMO (Program Management): Leading end-to-end planning and execution across large engagements with multiple projects and workstreams with an accent on PMO governance, transformation programs, and client delivery. Focus on coordinating intersecting workstreams, managing complex data dependencies and change, and mentoring PMO team members.
Location: Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client or offices for the majority of the week. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution across one or more workstreams within large engagements involving multiple projects.
- Drive delivery of key workstreams and maintain momentum across strategic programs.
- Establish and operate robust PMO frameworks for effective program governance and execution.
- Partner with functional leaders, senior program leaders, and client stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver projects and programs.
- Improve project management practices, coordinate PMO and project-lead meetings, and identify opportunities to add value.
- Lead and mentor junior PMO team members toward project objectives.
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline and 6–10 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing programs and PMO activities for large business transformations or digital strategy implementations.
- Experience managing large PMO functions and client accounts; consulting experience is required.
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders, complex data dependencies, intersecting workstreams, and change management.
- Strong understanding of project management phases, techniques, tools, reporting, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Ability to work with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; PMI, PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is desired.
