Digital Identity Senior Manager (Saviynt)

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Orlando, or Tampa, United States. Work may take place in local offices and on client sites, with local or out-of-state travel depending on projects. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $142,000–$227,000 per year, plus a 14% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $161,880–$258,780.

What you will do

• Design, configure, integrate, and deliver Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions.
• Build workflows, connectors, access requests, certifications, rules, jobs, analytics, and reports.
• Translate functional identity requirements into technical designs, data mappings, access models, and implementation documentation.
• Troubleshoot identity data, provisioning, workflow, certification, connector, and downstream application issues.
• Advise clients on IAM and IGA strategies, assessments, roadmaps, and implementation planning.
• Lead project work, mentor teams, support performance development, and contribute to client proposals and business development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IAM, identity governance, cybersecurity, consulting, professional services, or large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, engineering, or supporting Saviynt solutions, preferably Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, access requests, approval workflows, certifications, policies, roles, provisioning, entitlement management, RBAC, role mining, and SoD concepts.
• Experience integrating Saviynt with HR platforms, Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, ERP, cloud, ITSM, and business applications.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including mentoring, coaching, work review, and coordination across technical and functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Saviynt, identity vendor, IAM, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology certifications.
• Experience with SailPoint, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea, or virtual directories.
• Experience delivering strategic IAM or IGA advisory work and preparing client proposals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio and Access are also useful.
