TL;DR
Financial Planning Lead (Finance): Supporting monthly financial close, corporate reporting, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and annual budgeting with an accent on P&L and Balance Sheet accuracy, IFRS, local NIF, and finance controls. Focus on improving accounting and operational policies, analyzing information sources, and implementing process and system changes.
Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico

What you will do
- Support the monthly financial close and verify P&L and Balance Sheet account balances.
- Prepare month-end financial reports for corporate finance.
- Perform P&L and Balance Sheet variance analysis against plan and the prior year.
- Prepare account reconciliations and improve the underlying information sources.
- Support the development and implementation of accounting and operational policies, procedures, process changes, and system changes.
- Support the annual budget preparation.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced English skills in writing and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP functionalities.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning or accounting within multinational companies.
- Good knowledge of IFRS and local NIF.
- Ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality financial information.
