Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Director

Location: Toronto, Canada

Compensation range: $138,000–$253,300 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations and other complex technology projects.
• Build project teams, assign deliverables, and develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Manage approved objectives, scope, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables during project execution.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues regularly to the Program Director and stakeholders.
• Revise project plans as requirements change while following SDLC methodology.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience leading technical teams, with strong project management and systems or technology development expertise.
• Experience implementing and managing CRM solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, within budget and scope.
• Proven ability to assemble, lead, motivate, and influence high-performing teams and drive organizational change.
• Strong business-facing skills with a solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and learn and apply new technologies.
• Work location: Toronto, Canada.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or a related project management tool.
• PMP certification.
