Senior Manager, Project Management (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite at 1940 Argentia Rd, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 109,400–150,480 per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of multiple cross-functional projects and programs supporting strategic business objectives.
• Coordinate Supply Chain Capital Long Range Plan and Capital Annual Operating Plan processes, consolidating priorities, inputs, and investment requirements.
• Manage project and portfolio pipelines, work plans, milestones, budgets, forecasts, expenditures, performance metrics, risks, dependencies, and contingency plans.
• Drive business-plan execution by identifying operational needs, communicating priorities, removing obstacles, and supporting organizational change.
• Act as the primary contact for project and program requests, providing status updates and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, train, and evaluate associates while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, results-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, portfolio management, asset management, capital planning, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives and capital portfolios.
• Experience with long-range planning, annual operating plan development, investment prioritization, business cases, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, risk management, supply chain operations, asset lifecycle management, and project governance skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience with project portfolio or collaboration platforms such as Wrike, Airtable, Microsoft Project, or Power BI.

Nice to have

• MBA, PMP, or a related professional designation.
