Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; onsite Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

  • Support physicians and clinicians with patient care, examinations, and clinical procedures.
  • Escort patients and record vital signs, height, weight, allergies, medication changes, and other visit data.
  • Prepare, stock, and disinfect examination and treatment rooms; order supplies as needed.
  • Administer delegated subcutaneous and intramuscular injections.
  • Obtain patient records, support prescriptions and patient calls, and coordinate reschedules and no-shows.
  • Perform administrative tasks including reception, chart preparation, typing, filing, and faxing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–3 years of experience as a medical assistant or nursing assistant for the entry-level role.
  • Graduation from an accredited medical assistant program and Certified Medical Assistant status are preferred.
  • Current BCLS certification is required within three months of hire; some state regulations may require additional certifications.
  • Level 2 requires at least three years of relevant experience; the senior level requires at least five years in a hospital or clinic setting and current CPR certification.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

  • Phlebotomy experience.
