Sitecore Developer (C#)

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, test, and support new features for Sitecore 8.2 intranet projects.
• Participate in discussions with the product owner to refine business requirements.
• Analyze requirements end to end and distinguish customer needs from wants.
• Present technology limitations and negotiate suitable workarounds with customers.
• Collaborate with the distributed development team and provide support where needed.
• Work within an agile development environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting and developing Sitecore solutions; senior or semi-senior level required.
• Senior or semi-senior experience with MVC and C#.
• 4+ years of frontend development experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong understanding of Sitecore 8.x infrastructure, design, and components.
• Experience supporting multiple Sitecore instances and using agile methodologies.
• Good written and spoken English required for significant direct customer communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sitecore personalization features and xDB.
• MongoDB experience.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, including SQL injection prevention and encrypted traffic.
