Sr Applications Developer Team Lead (C#/.NET)

Location: Strongsville, Ohio, USA; full-time onsite position

What you will do

• Oversee a team of web developers, providing mentoring and project guidance.
• Schedule team work and conduct performance reviews.
• Perform software architecture and design activities.
• Develop new web-based services using C#, .NET, MVC, Web API, and Vue.js.
• Maintain existing Microsoft-based products and manage ongoing data architecture.
• Track multiple projects and collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• At least five years of development experience architecting and implementing service-oriented architectures.
• Proficiency in C# and Vue.js or another JavaScript framework such as React or Angular.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
• Familiarity with design and architectural patterns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Xamarin experience.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
