Senior Power Platform Developer

Location: Detroit, Michigan, United States (hybrid)

Duration: 3-month contract

What you will do

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
• Build and maintain Power Automate cloud flows, RPA solutions, and approval workflows.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytics solutions.
• Design Dataverse data models, relationships, and integrations.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SAP, SharePoint, SQL Server, REST APIs, and other enterprise applications.
• Lead solution architecture, technical design, deployment, ALM, release management, governance, troubleshooting, and production support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using SAP, SharePoint, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of data modeling, reporting, automation, solution architecture, DevOps, ALM, and environment management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience in a large enterprise or utility environment.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure services, AI Builder, or Document Intelligence.
• Knowledge of security governance, DLP policies, and scalable solution design.
