What you will do

• Deliver Sage 100 Contractor implementation projects and ongoing client support.
• Monitor and resolve customer technical issues and explain system functionality through written and verbal communication.
• Coordinate internal and client project meetings, including project priorities and deliverables.
• Schedule and perform year-end upgrades to client environments and remote servers.
• Analyze financial data, support sub-ledger reconciliations, perform gap analysis, and recommend alternative applications where needed.
• Train end users, contribute to the knowledge repository, and support data mapping, integration, and migration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or MIS is preferred, with a foundational understanding of accounting concepts.
• Deep knowledge of the construction industry, including operational, reporting, payroll, and terminology requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience consulting on, implementing, or using Sage 100 Contractor or Sage Paperless Construction Software.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience performing software updates on remote servers and working through full-cycle software delivery, implementations, or upgrades.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
