Electrical Panel Assembler - A-Shift

What you will do

• Install electrical components and assemble control cabinets, electrical equipment, and related industrial apparatus.
• Lay out back panels and mount components according to drawings, schematics, and customer specifications.
• Drill and tap mounting holes using hand tools and drill presses.
• Install wire ducts, DIN rail, power supplies, relays, circuit breakers, transformers, logic controllers, drives, and other control equipment.
• Select wire gauges, cut and route wires, and connect component leads, terminals, connectors, and contact points.
• Crimp, screw, bolt, and press-fit parts using hand tools and automation equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and ladder schematics is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to learn to operate power and hand tools safely and work independently or under direct supervision.
• Ability to read small print, differentiate colors, compare numbers, and perform repetitive assembly tasks with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours.
