What you will do

• Measure, drill, punch, and cut metal enclosures for electrical control panels.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD assembly drawings, then wire panels according to specifications.
• Install components, crimp connections, route wiring, apply labels, and package peripherals.
• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and an ERP system during the production process.
• Maintain an organized work area and assist with stock verification and cycle counts.
• Work quickly while meeting quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Ability to use drills, electric screwdrivers, crimping tools, jigsaws, and other hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand for most of an 8–10-hour shift and occasionally lift 25–50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and Windows.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow supervision, and maintain attention to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
