Data Analytics Engineer (AI)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; onsite full-time role

Salary: $114,500–$194,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Design, document, review, and negotiate data strategies supporting business and technology goals.
• Lead technology proofs of concept and provide architecture direction for engineering teams.
• Define target-state technology architectures, patterns, and roadmaps aligned with IT initiatives.
• Drive technology transformation, improve architecture efficiency, and reduce technical debt.
• Manage stakeholder and executive relationships while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Agile and global teams across planning, requirements, execution, testing, and project launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Several years of advanced technical, business, and functional experience in data analytics and systems analysis.
• Advanced experience with ML, AI, and GenAI for data-driven business solutions.
• Expert knowledge of relational and dimensional databases, database architecture, ontology and taxonomy design, and relational and NoSQL data stores.
• Experience with application development, programming languages, project feasibility, requirements definition, solution design, and project leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
