Senior Technical Data & AI Enablement Analyst (Legal)

Location: Must be based in New York, NY; Mountain View, CA; or San Diego, CA

Salary: $136,000–$204,500 per year (based on location)

What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into legal portfolio health and workflow performance.
• Develop and monitor data pipelines within the LCPO Data Lake ecosystem.
• Scale AI enablement by evaluating and implementing AI-powered tools and agentic AI assistants.
• Replace manual reporting with automated, bot-driven pipelines to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with product owners and data engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive change management for new tools, including stakeholder training and adoption tracking.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally supporting legal or compliance functions.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or QuickSight.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and data lake services.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building data pipelines.
• Experience with version control using GitHub.
