Client & Broker Engagement Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Singapore; primarily office-based

What you will do

• Support client and broker engagement strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build relationships with assigned broker accounts and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate Distribution, Underwriting, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other teams to advance initiatives.
• Maintain pipeline visibility, dashboards, records, reports, and presentations for business reviews.
• Lead client and broker events, seminars, and networking sessions, including logistics, communications, vendors, budgets, and follow-up.
• Support regional and local initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, relationship management, business development support, sales enablement, project coordination, or stakeholder management.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills for interpreting data and tracking business performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in General Insurance or broker-facing environments.
