Senior Executive, Financial Controller

Location: Taguig, Philippines; the role will be based in the Philippines and support stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and Turkey.

What you will do

• Partner with local and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely month-end close for the Q-Commerce portfolio.
• Build and maintain financial models and tools for month-end close, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Perform variance analysis and explain financial performance and key business drivers.
• Prepare management reporting decks and monitor KPIs and financial metrics.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, accounting guidelines, and reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Business Insights teams on forecasting, strategy, automation, and systems implementation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance roles; Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Expert-level knowledge of finance, complex financial modeling, budgeting, and GAAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build scalable automated financial systems and optimize processes.
