Americas Delivery Center - Financial Crimes Compliance Analyst

Location: Hybrid position based at the Americas Delivery Center in Blue Ash, Ohio, and/or remotely from the employee's residence. Depending on the engagement, onsite work may be required up to 100% of the time. Reliable transportation is required for onsite work. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $40,000–$59,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Review demographic, financial, and transactional data for potentially suspicious or unusual activity.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate red flags related to anti-money laundering, fraud, and financial exploitation typologies.
• Research subjects using client systems, open-source public records, and third-party investigative tools.
• Document observations clearly and concisely in accordance with client policies and recommend next steps.
• Collaborate with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support client engagements and operational delivery.
• Adapt to varied projects and tasks while developing project management and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with related work experience or a bachelor's degree in a relevant academic area.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate findings and results effectively in writing and verbally.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders and respond constructively to feedback.
• Availability to work from the Blue Ash, Ohio delivery center when required, including potentially up to 100% onsite depending on the project.
