Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid work between the office and home

Salary: $70,490–$119,890 USD per year

What you will do

• Act as the escalation point for transaction alerts indicating suspected fraud.
• Monitor and analyze high-risk payment activity using fraud detection software.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into fraud alerts and reports, documenting findings and conclusions.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and risk signals to help prevent fraud incidents.
• Collaborate with payment operations, account managers, relationship managers, and the Global Fraud Investigations team on client communication and regulatory reporting.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior investigators.

Requirements

• Generally 6+ years of experience in financial crimes investigations.
• 24 months of experience as an Associate Consultant.
• Proficiency in data analysis using fraud detection software.
• Working knowledge of financial crimes laws, regulations, and fraud prevention strategies.
• University or college degree, equivalent qualification, or relevant proven experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
