Senior Finance Systems Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA; hybrid schedule with onsite presence required 4 days per week and 1 remote day per week

What you will do

• Support accounting services through financial reporting, analysis, and data integration monitoring.
• Research, correct, and monitor Oracle general ledger inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Troubleshoot finance and reconciliation system issues while liaising between corporate and field teams.
• Implement and test Oracle finance system enhancements, upgrades, and patches with IT and finance stakeholders.
• Create, analyze, and publish reports using Oracle OTBI, BIP, and FRS, including on-demand reporting.
• Maintain system documentation, support SOX audit controls, and lead or participate in cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Oracle ERP Financial applications and other finance systems.
• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience implementing and configuring major ERP systems, including Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience writing SQL queries and conducting complex data analysis.
• Experience building and maintaining ERP reports, with strong Microsoft Excel and data presentation skills.
• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Suite applications such as FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, or EDMCS.
