Senior Analyst (SAP Automation)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK, United States; full-time position based in Oklahoma City with occasional travel.

hirify.global is hiring for an Operations Accounting role focused on automation, SAP systems, and continuous process improvement.

What you will do

• Evaluate accounting processes and reduce manual effort while improving accuracy and controls.
• Design and implement automation, workflow improvements, system enhancements, and reporting solutions.
• Translate accounting requirements into functional specifications in partnership with IT.
• Support SAP enhancements, upgrades, testing, implementations, troubleshooting, and workflow controls.
• Partner with AP, JIB, Project Services, and other teams to document current-state processes and implement future-state workflows.
• Improve month-end close through automated reporting, reconciliations, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting operations, including at least 2 years of SAP experience.
• Experience implementing automation solutions in a corporate accounting environment.
• Experience with SAP configuration or customization and SAP software solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of public accounting, oil and gas accounting, or similar energy-sector experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL, Spotfire, Power BI, or Enverus solutions such as OpenInvoice, OpenTicket, and EnergyLink.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
