Relationship Manager - Fiduciary Banking/Specialty Deposits

Salary: $102,281.25–$160,918.00 per year

What you will do

• Manage commercial depository relationships with title companies, property managers, developers, and businesses.
• Generate new business, deposits, payments deal flow, and revenue by developing client and prospect relationships.
• Originate, negotiate, structure, price, underwrite, and close deposits and treasury management solutions.
• Coordinate treasury management, product, portfolio management, credit, underwriting, legal, and operational teams through deal approval and onboarding.
• Monitor portfolio quality, financial reporting, credit exposure, regulatory compliance, and risk levels.
• Track specialty-deposit industry trends and participate in conferences and speaking opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a commercial relationship manager and/or in commercial depository or treasury management sales.
• Experience with specialty-deposit industries, treasury management, investment banking, or capital markets.
• Knowledge of commercial deposits, treasury management services, account analysis, and depository pricing.
• Demonstrated financial, cash flow, analytical, relationship-building, and prospecting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams; travel is required as necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
