Location: Arizona, AZ Remote; occasional travel required.

What you will do
- Coordinate enrollment packages for new commercial cards, move-up programs, and permanent credit increases.
- Partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers, Card Sales Officers, clients, loan administration, and internal support teams.
- Prepare commercial card proposals, rebate agreements, and client-facing documentation.
- Support supplier enablement initiatives by completing forms, coordinating vendor matches, and preparing campaigns.
- Document activities in the CRM and certify card sales folders for audit readiness and operational accuracy.
- Help improve enrollment workflows, resolve outstanding items, and support portfolio growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in the financial industry, branch or treasury management support, or a similar field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of banking operations, including deposits, loan administration, treasury management, or commercial banking products.
- Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance requirements, industry standards, and practices.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
- Occasional travel availability.
