Senior Relationship Manager (Capital Markets)

Location: Chicago, IL, hybrid. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $137,400–$240,400 USD annually, plus potential discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Deliver high-touch client service for outsourced trading and institutional brokerage clients.
• Manage relationships across trading, middle office and settlement, Trade Cost Analytics, commission management, reporting, and other services.
• Build relationships with C-suite, trading, investment, and operations stakeholders through regular communication.
• Lead client implementations from discovery and future-state design through onboarding and business-as-usual operations.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, risk, technology, and product teams on service requests and product development.
• Drive risk-event reporting, issue resolution, regulatory adherence, strategic initiatives, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in capital markets, asset servicing, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, equities, fixed income, derivatives, and the trade lifecycle.
• Experience working with institutional clients such as asset managers, hedge funds, or pensions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• FINRA licenses SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 must be obtained within 90 days of employment; U.S. work authorization is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Client-facing experience in capital markets or brokerage.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with data tools, reporting platforms, and financial systems.
