Process Engineer Internship (CVD)

What you will do

• Systematically develop and optimize CVD process recipes and settings.
• Analyze process limitations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Design targeted experiments to evaluate process parameters.
• Refine deposition settings to improve film thickness, uniformity, and stress.
• Maximize throughput while minimizing material waste.
• Work closely with the engineering team to establish robust, repeatable recipes.

Requirements

• Familiarity with thin-film deposition concepts, vacuum systems, or semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Exposure to statistical data analysis or design-of-experiments software, such as JMP.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Commitment to laboratory safety protocols.
• Full-time, onsite internship in Singapore.
