AML-Client Services Specialist (Limerick or Dublin)

Location: Limerick, Ireland; the position is full-time and requires the right to work in Ireland.

What you will do

• Respond to client, investor, and internal stakeholder enquiries in a timely and solutions-focused manner.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted contact for AML and Transfer Agency matters.
• Investigate and resolve complex queries, escalations, and exceptions.
• Support investor onboarding, document management, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Oversee investor transaction processing and quality reviews in line with operational and regulatory standards.
• Prepare reporting, identify process improvements, mentor colleagues, and provide subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing role within financial services, Transfer Agency, AML, fund administration, or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of AML, investor servicing, or Transfer Agency processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong client expectation management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
• Must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment.
• Employment permit sponsorship is not available, including Critical Skills, General Employment, Intra-Company Transfer, and Stamp 1G permissions.
