HVAC End of Line Test Production Leader - Crew 3 (Wed- Sat 6 AM- 6 PM) (HVAC)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; onsite, full-time. Crew 3 schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM.

What you will do

• Allocate team members, equipment, and materials to execute production and testing plans.
• Coordinate and support employees testing HVAC production equipment and enforce quality protocols.
• Set performance expectations, coach team members, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Investigate production and quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead safety training, conduct audits, and recommend continuous safety improvements.
• Track test results, safety incidents, process changes, and productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and an HVAC certificate.
• Preferred 3–5 years of industry experience with applied products or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, quality control, safety regulations, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software and systems.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and obtain and maintain 608 Universal and A2L refrigerant certification.
