Location: Targ Sienny 7, 80-806 Gdańsk, Poland; onsite, full-time, 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Deliver an engaging in-store customer experience through styling advice, product knowledge, and visual storytelling.
• Interpret sales data, KPIs, and customer insights to guide the store’s visual direction.
• Design and install window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Style mannequins and create outfit combinations that influence customer purchasing decisions.
• Merchandise the shop floor according to brand guidelines and maintain high visual standards.
• Support daily store operations, collaborate with the sales team, and train team members on visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Experience executing visual merchandising standards, including window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store presentation.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling.
• Commercial awareness and some experience using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback.
• Customer-centric mindset, clear communication, active listening, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent Polish and proficient English for communication with customers and colleagues.
