Instore Solutions Manager CEE

Location: Warsaw Domaniewska, Poland; flexible hybrid working through hirify.global’s Omni-Working model.

What you will do

• Create and implement merchandising standards for Poland and the CEE region.
• Develop, execute, and monitor planograms, Beauty Bar updates, and product launches.
• Design POS materials and coordinate suppliers throughout development and production.
• Conduct store visits, review market conditions, and assess product availability and brand visibility.
• Manage multiple in-store projects, assigned budgets, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage the marketing warehouse and related operational activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing.
• Strong project management, prioritization, time management, analytical, and results-oriented skills.
• Experience independently managing multiple projects from concept through implementation.
• Knowledge of Trade Marketing tools and retail operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
