Shipping/Receiving 3 / Non CDL Driver

Location: West Bend, Wisconsin, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: USD 19–22.22 per hour

What you will do

• Handle shipping and receiving of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished printed products through freight and parcel carriers.
• Check goods against shipping documents, bills of lading, packing slips, authorizations, and customer specifications.
• Pack shipments, prepare bills of lading, record weights and charges, and maintain receiving and shipping documentation.
• Unload trucks, stage materials, load outbound trucks, and support load planning for customer delivery requirements.
• Operate forklifts, pallet handlers, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment; occasionally drive a delivery van locally.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, production, customer service, and management while supporting safety, quality, training, and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of administrative or operational support experience in shipping or manufacturing operations.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of materials tracking, storage and retrieval, inventory control, reporting systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Strong computer, written and oral communication, organization, and basic mathematics skills.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial vehicles is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds frequently, and more than 50 pounds occasionally.
