HR Generalist (Cybersecurity)

CrowdStrike is a global cybersecurity company developing an AI-native platform to protect organizations from breaches and process large-scale security event data.

What you will do

• Support HR programs, policies, and initiatives across the JAPAC region in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.
• Build relationships with leaders and employees and support employee communications and relations.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc people metrics reports and conduct research and data analysis for assigned projects.
• Support performance improvement processes and advise employees on people-related queries with HR Operations and Total Rewards.
• Maintain adherence to HR policies and procedures and contribute to their ongoing development.
• Manage employee off-boarding activities, including Workday workflows, communications, exit surveys or interviews, and separation agreements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an HR operational role in a comparable organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and confidential matters with discretion, judgment, and minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws across JAPAC countries is advantageous; global business experience is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve HR decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and employee support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience using Workday.
• Experience working in technical or services organizations.
