Salary: $126,000–$189,000 in Las Vegas; $139,200–$208,800 in Los Angeles; $146,400–$219,600 in New York.

What you will do

• Lead high-risk, business-critical, and strategically significant projects with substantial autonomy and accountability.
• Develop and negotiate complex proposals, contracts, pricing strategies, and fee structures.
• Direct deliverable strategy, consultant partnerships, multidisciplinary teams, and program-wide execution.
• Manage project financial performance, forecasting, quality standards, and systemic delivery risks.
• Build executive-level client relationships, resolve sensitive issues, and support business development.
• Mentor project managers and promote scalable project management, quality, and sustainability practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business, or equivalent AEC or professional services experience.
• At least 14 years of relevant experience, including 13 years in project management; 16 years required without a degree.
• Advanced proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Advanced knowledge of building design and construction principles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, influence, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
