Location: East Syracuse, NY, USA; based at the US headquarters

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually, plus a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10% and 401(k) match up to 8%.

What you will do

• Oversee purchase orders, inventory control, and vendor management for assigned categories.
• Translate MRP signals, forecasts, and exception messages into purchasing decisions that balance supply, cost, and inventory risk.
• Manage purchase order execution from requisition review through delivery, expediting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure material availability for production and maintain a minimum 95% fill rate.
• Manage inventory levels, lead times, and supply buffers while improving material flow and reducing excess inventory.
• Own supplier performance and collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Strategic Sourcing to resolve supply issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or demand planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
• Analytical, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, Kanban, pull systems, or vendor-managed inventory (VMI).
