Transcon Inbound Agent

Location: 849 Thomas Dr, Bensenville, Illinois, USA; onsite, full-time

Salary: $20.00–$28.00 per hour, based on education and experience.

What you will do

• Create import files and use the Transcon DDL workflow to maintain accurate shipment events.
• Request and update delivery appointments and expected delivery dates.
• Dispatch shipments according to arrival and appointment status.
• GPS loads and monitor trucks, ensuring paperwork, seals, GPS units, and driver check-ins are complete.
• Stage and load HAWBs and shipments onto the correct trucks while monitoring and tallying loading activity.
• Follow customer procedures, escalate issues when necessary, maintain compliance, and meet KPI standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Chicagoland area.
• Six months to one year of related experience in domestic operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proven history of providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Professional attitude and commitment to company policies, procedures, and integrity.
